Connectivity

• JVC is located between Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, giving good access to many parts of Dubai.

  • Close to Mall of the Emirates, Miracle Garden, Butterfly Garden.
• Public transport: There are bus routes linking to metro stations; but no internal metro station directly in JVC yet.

• Traffic & access congestion: As more buildings are completed, internal roads and exit/entry points are getting pressured. Peak times especially see congestion.
• Construction / density: Many new developments are going up; in some parts this may lead to over-building or oversupply, which can impact views, privacy, noise, etc.
• Public transport lags: While road access is strong, the lack of a metro inside means dependence on cars or buses.
